To join U3A Bundaberg, you will need to complete an enrolment form. Our membership form can be completed online by clicking here or downloaded by clicking here. The form includes instructions for lodging the membership application with us.

If you prefer, you can pick up a membership form from our rooms in Woongarra St. Complete the form, enclose the form with the membership fee in the envelope provided, then simply pop it into the locked box at the front of the building.

Fee Structure

As of 2024, our membership fee is $40 from 1 January to the 31 December or $25 from 1 July to 31 December, except for tutors, who are given a fee exemption in the year that follows their year of tutorship.

For attendance at courses, fees are charged where necessary on the principle of "user pays". Thus, for the majority of our courses, there are no fees charged. Where students receive photocopied documents as part of the course, a fee may be levied to cover costs and is payable at the first class of each term.

The computing courses all use equipment that is expensive to purchase, to maintain, and to upgrade. For those courses, a fee is charged in addition to any applicable photocopy fees. These fees are payable on enrolment.
